Will begin in a Sales Development Role with the expectation to be trained, exceed KPI and transition into a Sales Lead Role within 180 - 270 days.
Our current sales team has 3 members and you will be directly responsible for helping scale the team.
The Sales Development Representative is on the front lines of our sales team and responsible for connecting with warm prospects, booking appointments, and working closely with the sales advisors to make sure revenue goals are met.
Looking for someone who is hungry, commission driven, AND is interested in learning leadership and development skills.
Focus on outbound dialing WARM leads and booking to appointments
Qualify leads varying from inbound & outbound calls, Facebook and Instagram messenger, Facebook Groups, Webinars, and Lead Funnels to book appointments
Manage and respond to text blasts and messenger chats on various social media platforms
Confirm and follow up with booked calls to increase show rate
Reschedule No-Shows & Long Term Nurture leads to get back on the calendar
Engage in sales meetings and sales training to improve skill set
Track daily sales data and organize pipeline via CRM
Book 60+ qualified sales calls per month
Show Rate: 70%
Appointment Set to Close Rate: 20%+

Strong communication and ability to engage meaningfully on virtual meetings, phone, text, and email
Self-motivated and willing to call, message, and work through the pipeline each day
Driven and not afraid to pick up the phone and have tough conversations when necessary
Burning desire to grow within a sales career and consistently improving their mindset & skillset
Ability to think on your feet and have natural curiosity to learn more about others
